Bornholms El-Produktion A/S (Hereinafter The Ordering Party) Offers A Contract For The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of An Electric Boiler For Auxiliary Steam. The Client Operates A Cogeneration Plant Located At Skansevej 2, 3700 Rønne. The Plant Produces Electricity And Heat, Primarily Based On Biomass In Normal Operation. As An Emergency System, The Plant Also Has Diesel Generators That Can Be Activated When Needed. In Order To Strengthen The Electrification Of Heat Production And Support The Overall Goal Of Phasing Out Fossil Fuels In Normal Operation By 2027 At The Latest, The Ordering Party Wishes To Establish An Electric Boiler For The Production Of Auxiliary Steam As A Replacement For The Current Oil-Fired Solution. The Project Must Ensure An Electrified And Flexible Steam Supply That Supports Both Operational Reliability And Participation In The System Performance Market. The Contract Includes The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Electric Boiler To Be Integrated Into The Existing Chp Plant At Skansevej 2, 3700 Rønne. The Work Includes Adaptation To The Existing Infrastructure As Well As Ensuring Compliance With Applicable Technical Requirements And Standards. The Tender Is Carried Out On Behalf Of All Current And Future Units In The Bornholms Energi Og Forsyning Holding A/S Group, Including All Subsidiaries And Project-Specific Companies (Spvs). In That Context, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Transfer The Contract To Any Other Unit (Existing Unit Or Spv) In The Bornholms Energi Og Forsyning Holding A/S Group At Any Given Time (Before Or After The Contract Is Signed).
