This Is A Contract Awarded As A Group Of Orders Between The City Of Chalon-Sur-Saône, Its Ccas, Grand Chalon, The Commune Of Gergy And The Ccas Of The Commune Of Givry “Résidence Des 7 Fontaines”. The City Of Chalon Was Appointed Coordinator Of The Group. The Market Does Not Have A Tranche. The Market Is Not Broken Down Into Lots. This Is Partly A Global And Fixed Annual Price Contract And Partly A Single-Award Framework Agreement Concluded In Application Of Articles R2162-1 To 6 Of The Public Procurement Code, With Regard To Compliance Work And Repairs. This Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Procurement Code, With The Following Contractual Amounts (Only For Services On Purchase Orders): Minimum Amount Of Orders: Without Maximum Amount Of Orders: 86,000 Euros Excluding Tax Per Year The Estimated Value In 2.1.3. And In 5.1.5. Corresponds To The Estimate Of The Lump Sum Part And The Estimate Of The Part Treated At Unit Price, Over The Total Duration Of The Contract And For All Entities In The Group.
