The Object Of The Procurement Is The Financial Control Information System Solutions Of The City Of Helsinki (Hereafter The Customer) And Related Services. The Procurement Covers Technologies, Implementation And Implementation, Continuous Software Service And The User Rights It Requires, Continuous Support And Maintenance, Further Development And Other Expert Services Related To The Use And Development Of Solutions. Contractually, Procurement Is Organized In Such A Way That Separate Contracts Are Concluded With The Supplier And Technology Supplier Or Several Technology Suppliers Under The Same Procurement. The Procurement Is Done As A Single Procurement, Which Is Contractually Divided Into Two Areas: 1. Access To The Financial Management System And Operating Services 2. Continuous Support And Maintenance And Expert Services Necessary For Implementation And Use. If The Solution Is Offered As A Group, A Separate Agreement Is Made For Each Area, So That The Contractual Responsibilities Can Be Divided Among The Members Of The Group.
