Electric Distribution Networks West Ead Conducts A Procedure Of The Type Negotiation With A Preliminary Invitation To Participate With The Subject: Construction And Installation Works For The Reconstruction And New Construction Of Medium And Low Voltage Cable Networks And Other Facilities, On The Territory Of The Regions Of Vratsa, Lovech, Montana, Vidin And Pleven, Ref. No. Prs 25-145. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Construction And Assembly Works For Reconstruction And New Construction Of Medium And Low Voltage Cable Networks And Other Facilities, On The Territory Of Pleven Region; Separate Position No. 2: Construction And Assembly Works For Reconstruction And New Construction Of Medium And Low Voltage Cable Networks And Other Facilities, On The Territory Of Lovech And Vratsa Districts; Separate Position No. 3: Construction And Assembly Works For Reconstruction And New Construction Of Medium And Low Voltage Cable Networks And Other Facilities, On The Territory Of Montana And Vidin Regions. Each Candidate/Participant Can Participate For All Allocated Positions (One Or More Allocated Positions, Up To The Maximum Number Of Allocated Positions For The Subject Of The Procurement). The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Criterion For Awarding The Current Public Procurement When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. The Ranking Of The Participants Is Carried Out For Each Specific Position Separately. The Participant Who Offered The Lowest Total Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Ranked In The First Place According To The Respective Specific Position. The Category Of Constructions Falling Within The Scope Of Each Specific Item Of This Public Procurement Is The Third, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letters B) And G) Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Group Of Constructions Falling Within The Scope Of Each Of The Separate Positions Of This Public Procurement Is The Third - Constructions Of The Energy Infrastructure, According To Art. 5, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Rules For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder. The Performance Of The Contract For Each Specific Position Will Be Carried Out Depending On The Technical Readiness Of The Contracting Authority To Assign The Performance. For The Assignment Of The Specific Types Of Work, The Contracting Authority Draws Up A Document For The Assignment Of The Performance, Containing At Least The Following Information: The Types Of Work And Their Quantity, The Period Of Execution, The Price Based On The Unit Prices Specified In The Contract, As Well As The Types, Quantity And Value Of The Materials That The Contracting Authority Provides To The Contractor And Other Information Necessary For The Implementation Of The Types Of Activities. The Performance Award Document Is Signed By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor In The Order And Manner Described In The Draft Contract. The Acceptance Of The Completed Work According To Each Performance Assignment Document Is Carried Out With An Acceptance Protocol Signed By Both Parties To The Contract, In The Order And Manner Described In The Draft Contract.
