Construction Permit No. 2 Dated January 3, 2023 Was Issued For The Site, Which Was Amended By Order No. 4 Dated March 13, 2025, In Which A New Phasing Of Construction Was Introduced. Within The Framework Of Separate Position No. 1, Stage Ii Should Be Implemented Covering Branch 1 (From T.125 To T.127), Branch 2 (From T.126 To T.129), Branch 3 (From T.129 To T. 131), Branch 5, Branch 6, Branch 9 (From T.154 To T.110), Branch 10 (From T.156 To T.154), Branch 11, Branch 12, Branch 13, Branch 14, Branch 15, Branch 16, Branch 17, Branch 20, Branch 22, Branch 23, Branch 45, Branch 46, Branch 47, Branch 48, As Well As All Adjacent To Them Building Plumbing Diversions, Facilities And Fittings. The Scope Includes The Implementation Of 2656.51 M Of Water Pipes With The Destruction And Restoration Of Pavement And 2865.69 M Of Water Pipes In Sections Without Pavement - A Total Of 5522.20 M Within The Framework Of Separate Item #2, Stage Iii Covering Branch 33, Branch 37, Branch 39, Branch 40, Branch 41, Branch 42, Branch 43, Branch 44, Branch 49, Branch 50, Branch 51, Branch 52, Branch 53, Branch 54, Branch 59 (From T. 142 To T. 147), Branch 61 (To T. 90), Branch 62, As Well As To All Adjacent Building Plumbing Diversions, Facilities And Fittings. The Scope Includes The Implementation Of 3321.12 M Of Water Pipes With The Destruction And Restoration Of Pavement And 1732.75 M Of Water Pipes In Sections Without Pavement - A Total Of 5053.87 M According To The Construction Permit Issued, The Object Is Defined As A Second Category Construction, According To Art. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 2, Letter I Of The Law On Territorial Planning. The Main Objectives Of The Order Are: Bringing The Water Supply System In The Streets To The Required Operating Condition; Reduction Of Water Losses Along The Route And Improvement Of Water Resource Management; Supplying All Users With Water That Meets The Requirements For Drinking Needs, With The Necessary Quantities And Pressure And Ensuring Normal Operating Conditions Of The Water Supply Network; Reduction Of The Total Number Of Accidents And The Need To Repair Individual Water Supply Sections; Sustainability And Efficiency Of The Water Supply, Determining For The Protection Of The Health And Life Of The Inhabitants. The Overall Goal Of The Project Is To Achieve Compliance With National And European Legislation In The Field Of Drinking Water. With The Implementation Of The Project, The Ecological Condition In The Area Will Be Significantly Improved, The Losses Of Natural Resources (Drinking Water) Will Be Reduced To A Minimum, As Well As The Costs Of The Local Water Supply Operator For The Maintenance Of The Reconstructed Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Golyam Chardak, And A Higher Quality Of Life Will Be Achieved For The Population.
