The Puk Is Planning An Expansion At The Lenggstrasse Site To Two Building Plots (The Lenggstrasse And Karl-Stauffer-Strasse Plots) As Well As An Underground And Above-Ground Connection Between The Planned New Buildings And The Historic Old Building. On The One Hand, This Measure Is Intended To Enable The Inpatient Services That Were Previously Distributed Across Different Locations To Be Brought Together And, On The Other Hand, To Accommodate All Of The Lengg Sites Bed Wards In New Buildings To Be Built In Stages With A Total Of 448 Inpatient Beds. After Moving Into The New Buildings (Planned For The Lengg Ost Stage), The Historic Old Building - The Burghölzli - Will Be Structurally Renovated And/Or Converted To Accommodate Non-Stationary Clinical Units With Areas For Therapy And Social Work, Research And Teaching, As Well As Administrative Uses. With This Call For Tenders, The Puk Is Looking For The Most Suitable Planning Office To Prepare The Documents And To Support The Implementation Of Inventory Clearance Procedures For Buildings And Objects On The Lenggstrasse Parcel And Two Private Design Plans For The Two Puk Parcels At The Lengg Location In Zurich.
