Purchase Request No. 25, Parts Office No. 529 (Internal No. 657), Presented By The Technical Reference Of The Department Of Mental Health, Was Duly Approved And Authorized By The Head Of The Mental Health Department, The Deputy Director (S) Of Care Management, The Deputy Director Of Physical And Financial Resources And The Head Of The Finance Department, Who Support The Requested Contracting. 3.
