Participants Must Implement An Electronic Service Management System According To Bds Standard Iso/Iec 20000-1:2018 Or Equivalent With A Certification Scope Similar To The Subject Of The Public Procurement. A Scope Similar To The Scope Of The Procurement Shall Mean Provision Of Voice And Facsimile Messages Through Voice Over Ip (Voip) Technology. To Certify The Relevant Circumstance, The Participant Should Submit A Copy Of A Valid Certificate Or Equivalent As Part Of Its Technical Proposal. 3.
