1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of 4 Apartments Located On The 2Nd Floor Of The Building At Ul. Góry Św. Anny 21A In Zdzieszowice In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order And Design Documentation. The Planned Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Second Floor Of A Building Located In Zdzieszowice At Ul. Mountains Of St. Anny 21A (Działka Nr 500/6) W Celu Utworzenia Czterech Mieszkań Treningowych Dla Osób Opuszczających Pieczę Zastępczą.W Ramach Inwestycji Przewidziano Wykonanie Czterech Mieszkań, Celem Utworzenia W Nich Mieszkań Treningowych. Each Apartment Will Consist Of A Hall, Two Rooms, A Kitchen And A Bathroom. Access To All Premises Will Be Provided From The Existing Corridor. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes Partial Bricking Up Of Unused Door Openings, Construction Of New Openings In Structural Walls With The Installation Of New Lintels, Construction Of Lightweight Walls And Partitions, Repair Of Cracks In Walls And Ceilings, Renovation And Execution Of New Internal Plasters Along With Painting, Installation Of Wall And Floor Claddings And Installation Of Internal Door Joinery. All Apartments Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Including: By Eliminating Thresholds And Appropriately Wide Door Openings Allowing For The Free Movement Of People In Wheelchairs. New Internal Installations Are Also Planned For The Planned Residential Premises: A) Water And Sewage Installation With Connection To The Existing Water And Sewage Pipes, B) Electrical Installation, C) Telecommunications Installation, D) Rtv Antenna Installation. The Scope Of Works Regarding The Central Heating Installation Will Include Connection To The Existing Central Heating Network. New Sections Of The Installation To Connect It To Bathrooms And Installation Of New Radiators. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) Design Documentation; B) Bills Of Quantities; C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.2. The Contractor Will Have An Additional Obligation To Comply With The Rules Regarding Work In An Active Facility, Which Requires The Work To Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement And Approval By The Employer, Who Recommends Carrying Out Burdensome Works (I.E. Those Causing Noise Or Preventing The Operation Of The Industry Skills Center And The Association Of Disabled Persons In Zdzieszowice) During Hours Outside Its Operation, I.E. From 15:00 To 22:00, As Well As On Saturdays (From 7:00 To 18:00). Particular Attention Should Be Paid To Cleaning After Work. After Completion Of The Works, The Workplace Must Be Kept Clean At The End Of Each Working Day. Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure All Rooms And Equipment Of The Building That Are Located In The Used Zone And Are Not The Direct Place Of Work.
