4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of Two Rescue Training Courses In High Mountain Terrain (Austrian Alps), Including Training And Logistic Services, Which Were Divided Into Two Parts, Hereinafter Referred To As Tasks. 4.2. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Two Parts: 4.2.1. Task No. 1: Providing Training Services By 3 Mountain Rescue Instructors As Part Of Two Training Courses Entitled: Alpine Training For Mountain Rescuers - Preparation For Cross-Border Rescue Operations In Winter, Organized As Part Of The Cross-Border Cooperation Of Gopr And Horska Služba, Organized For A Total Of Up To 48 Rescuers Of Gopr And Horska Služba Čr (24 Participants Per Training). 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex No. 5 To The Swz Draft Contractual Provisions.4.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Imposing Employment Requirements On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Pzp.
