The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Create An Obligation To Commission, But Only The Opportunity For The Federal Government Bodies, The Other Bodies Of Domestic Local Authorities (States And Municipalities), Other Public Bodies And The Fh Campus Vienna (Public Management And Tax Management Study Programs) To Be Able To Access Services From The Best Offer Determined Within The Framework Of The Tender - At Individual Prices Per Test. The Named Legal Entities Are Expressly Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Make Calls (I.E. Individual Orders) From The Framework Agreement For The Duration Of Its Validity. The Client Represents The Legal Entities Mentioned In The Implementation Of This Procurement Procedure And With Regard To The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement.
