The Subject Of Procurement Is The Provision Of Services For Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Rijeka Water Area In The Period From January 1, 2026. Until 31.12.2029. In Case Of Accidents In Terms Of Water Pollution In The Rijeka Location, It Is Necessary To Act In Order To Remediate The Pollution, Which Requires The Possession Of Vessels, Equipment, Funds And Employees In A Permanent Employment Relationship. Also, The Selected Bidder Must Have Organized 24-Hour On-Call. The Response Time To The Intervention Upon The Clients Call Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Selection Of The Offer (Attachment 1. Criterion For The Selection Of The Offer - Manual Ranking), Which Must Not Be Longer Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours From The Clients Call, And Bidders Can Offer A Shorter Period Than The Maximum Allowed Period Of 24 Hours.
