Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: Supply of Fuel. Interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquater located at Rukiri I cell, Remera Sector, KG 626 St, N 11, Gasabo District or contact us on phone number 0789287395 Well printed bids and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 10/12/2025 at 10:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ at 10:30 of the day mentioned above. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda.
