The Subject Of The Contract Is The Ordering Of The Owner Supervision Service During The Construction Period Of The Reconstruction, Construction And Furnishing Works Of The University Of Tartu Faculty Of Law Teaching Building (Kaarli Pst 3, Tallinn). The Technical Description Is Presented In Appendix 1. The Period Of Service Provision Is 19 (Nineteen) Months During The Construction Works. If The Period Of Construction Works Is Changed By Agreement Of The Customer And The Main Contractor, The Service Provision Contract Will Be Extended Accordingly, And The Service Will Be Paid For On The Basis Of The Agreed Unit Price Until The Actual Completion Of The Works. By The Customer.
