The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure A Cost-Effective, Up-To-Date And Reliable Service Package That Supports The Needs Of The Municipalitys Administration And Service Production In The Long Term. Before Preparing The Actual Request For Tenders, The Municipality Of Kinnula Wants To Conduct A Market Dialogue With Potential Suppliers In Order To Map The Service Solutions, Systems And Operating Models Available On The Market. 2. The Goal Of The Market Dialogue Is: To Obtain Information About The Service Offering And Different Implementation Models, To Map Out The Cost And Pricing Principles Of The Industry, To Understand The Suppliers Views On Procurement Limitation, Risk Management And The Transition Phase, And To Ensure That The Future Tender Request Is Realistic And Enables Competition Between Several Providers. The Market Dialogue Is A Measure Of The Preparation Phase, And It Does Not Bind The Municipality Of Kinnula Or The Suppliers To A Later Purchase Or Contract. 3.
