The Purpose Of The Contract Concerns Digital Infrastructure Implementation And Exploitation Services For The Digitization Of Clinical And Non-Clinical Processes And The Relationship With Third Parties. A Package Of Services Is Requested That Includes (1) Software Component: Licensing Services, Access To It Solutions For The Digitization Of Non-Clinical Processes And The Relationship With Third Parties - Commercial Product Available To The Provider At The Time Of Submission Of The Offer, Its Configuration/Parameterization To The Needs Of The Hospital And Related To (2) Clinical And (3) Non-Clinical Processes, As Well As (4) Professional Training And Related Services (Cloud Hosting, Administration, Maintenance And Technical Support). The Duration Of The Contract Is A Maximum Of 6 Months, Composed Of: • 3 Months, The Duration Of The Contractors Performance Of All Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract, As They Are Summarized In The Results To Be Obtained Following The Provision Of Services Chapter. Contract Deliverables. From The Specifications; • 5 Working Days – Receipt Of The Deliverables By The Contracting Authority; • 60 Days – Deadline For Payment Of Invoices Issued By The Contractor; The Activities Under The Contract Will Be Started Upon Receipt Of The Start Order From The Purchaser Following The Signing Of The Public Procurement Contract By Both Parties. The Start Order Will Be Issued Within A Maximum Of 10 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
