Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is Laser Bowling Flights And The Delivery Of Products Resulting From Laser Bowling To The Customer. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. During A Laser Beam Flight, The Supplier Produces A Three-Dimensional Set Of Points (Point Cloud) From The Aircraft By Laser Beam, Which Describes All The Objects From Which One Or More Return Pulses Are Received For Each Outgoing Laser Pulse. The Supplier Undertakes To Carry Out The Necessary Number Of Laser Scanning Flights To Fulfill The Contract, Following The Instructions Specified In The Contract Or Otherwise Specified By The Customer, At Suitable Times For Laser Scanning Flights In Order To Produce Optimal Products. The Supplier Undertakes To Perform The Laser Scanning Flights At Such Times And In Such A Way That The Products Obtained Based On Them Are In Accordance With The Requirements And Of The Highest Quality And Usable. In Addition, The Purchase Includes, As An Option, The Possibility To Place Additional Orders In Accordance With Chapter 15 Of The Contract In Appendix A Of The Request For Tenders. Contract Period The Contract Comes Into Force When It Is Signed And It Covers One Production Year. See Clauses 3.18 And 6.1 Of The Contract In Annex A Of The Request For Tenders. The Goal Is For The Contract To Be Signed No Later Than February 2026. The Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Contract For A Maximum Of Two Option Periods Of One Production Year. In Accordance With Section 14.8 Of The Agreement In Appendix A Of The Request For Tenders, The Customer Has The Right, Based On The Financial Situation Regarding The Production Year Or The Wider Utilization Of Its Own Laser Projector, To Reduce The Number Of Production Areas To Be Scanned Per Production Year By A Maximum Of One (1) 20P Material Production Area And Three (3) 5P Material Production Areas From The Production Areas Shown In Appendix 1.3.
