Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Public Tender Regarding Collection, Breakdown And Treatment Of Garden And Park Waste For Randers Municipality. The Tender Process Includes A Contract For The Ordering Partys Collection, Transport And Treatment Of Garden And Park Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Hpa) Regarding Greatest Possible Recycling And Secondary Utilization Thereof. At Randers Recycling Site, Two (2) Maxi Containers Per Hauls With Hpa Are Collected And Transported For Breakdown And Treatment. The Tenderer Must Make Maxi-Containers Available At Randers Recycling Site For Use By The Ordering Partys Reading Of The Hpa, And Must Arrange For The Replacement Of Empty Maxi-Containers When Collecting The Filled Ones, And The Tenderer Must Thus Be Able To Switch Between Four (4) Units At Any Time. Maxi-Containers In Total. At The Ordering Partys Three (3) Recycling Sites In Asferg, Østre Tørslev And Langå, Respectively, The Tenderer Must Organize The Breakdown Of Hpa At The Recycling Site Before The Broken Down Hpa Is Transported For Processing At The Tenderers Receiving/Processing Facility. The Tenderer Makes All Necessary Material Available In Connection With The Execution Of The Tasks. The Ordering Party Only Undertakes Tasks In Connection With The Contract, Which Are Explicitly Stated In The Tender Documents. In Addition, The Ordering Party Expects To Submit Approx. 5,000 Tonnes Of Hpa Directly To The Tenderers Receiving/Processing Facility From Hauliers, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Containing Hpa From E.G. Housing Organizations And Citizens In Randers Municipality. Hpa Consists Of Biodegradable Waste, Including E.G. Branch Waste From Pruning And Felling, Trunks And Roots, Other Plant Waste Such As Leaves, Weeds, Fallen Fruit, Perennial And Vegetable Tops, Grass And Flower Clippings, Etc. Impurities Such As Stone, Plastic And Other Impurities May Occur To A Lesser Extent In The Ordering Partys Hpa, Which The Tenderer Must Accept. The Annual Total Volume Of The Contract Is Estimated At Approx. 19,700 Tons Of Hpa. In Addition, The Tenderer Must Annually Deliver Approx. 3,000 Tons Of Compost Suitable For Gardening For The Ordering Partys Four (4) Recycling Sites. The Volume Is Purely Indicative And Is Based On Historical Figures, Which Is Why It Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of Guaranteed Future Turnover. The Received Amounts Of Hpa Are Seasonal And Will Thus Be Able To Vary Throughout The Year, Including Amounts Of Compost That Must Be Delivered.
