The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of 1 Piece Of Belt Conveyor With A Maximum Length Of 1,850 [M] And A Belt Width Of 1,000 [Mm], Type Pioma 1000, Intended For Operation In Underground Mining Plants Extracting Hard Coal, In Workings At Risk Of Methane And Coal Dust Explosion, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz. 2. The Modernization Of The Conveyor Will Include, Among Others: On: ̶ Changing The Purpose Of The Conveyor - Into A Device For Local Movement Of The Crew On The Reversible Upper Belt, In Both Directions (Hereinafter Referred To As: The Device), ̶ Extending The Device To The Target Length Of Up To 2000 [M], Using A Brand New Linear Route Structure For People To Travel On The Reversible Upper Belt With A Length Of 650 M Provided By The Contractor And Using A Compatible Linear Route Structure With A Length Of 1350 M M, Adapted For People To Travel On A Reversible Upper Belt, Constituting The Property Of The Ordering Party And At Its Disposal. This Structure Does Not Have Electrical Equipment, Will Not Require Modernization And Will Not Be Sent To The Contractor; Will Constitute A Further Part Of The Linear Route Of The Device. The Ordering Party Requires The Provision Of Electric Control Up To The Target Length Of 2000 M For The Device. ̶ Retrofitting The Control System And Electrical Power Supply Of The Device With Elements Enabling The Movement Of The Crew On The Upper Belt Reversibly In Both Directions For A Target Length Of 2000 M, ̶ Connecting The Device To The Mine Eye Software And Updating The Mine Eye Software To The Extent Specified In Detail In The Agreement, Along With Launching The Updated Software And Granting A License (Sublicense) To The Ordering Party, ̶ Preparing (Developing) New Technical Documentation For The Device And Issuing A New Declaration Of Conformity Ec/Eu. 3.
