Tenders are invited for Provision of Long Term Legal Service The amount of bid bond shall be USD 2,000.00 Tender by: AL-WAHA Petroleum Company Limited, a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Midland Oil Company, Ministry of Oil, Iraq for the execution of Development and Production Service Contract (SDPC) re-signed on November 10 th , 2008. At present, oilfield exploration and development, production and surface engineering construction are carried out in Iraq. The Scope of Work under this contract is a long term legal service which includes legal intepretation, translation,notarization and training etc. for COMPANY. The main scope of work is as follows: Al-Waha, as operator, had entered into more than 200 contracts including drilling and completion of wells, EPCcontractsofCPF for oil and gas infrastructure, pipelines, civil works and construction, software agreement, etc. Meanwhile, theSDPCisgoverned by the law of the Republic of Iraq with an arbitration forum in Geneva of Switzerland under the arbitrationrulesof the International Chamber of Commerce.
