Tenders are invited for Supply of Chemicals Required for the Cleaning Service, under the National Competitive Bidding Procedure 2025 2026. Bids should be accompanied with a Bid Security as per the form given with the documents, issued from a licensed commercial bank registered at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, drawn in favour of the Director, German - Sri Lanka Friendship Womens (Teaching) Hospital, Karapitiya, Galle, valued at Rs. Twenty Thousand (Rs. 20,000.00) valid for a period of 119 days (from 25.11.2025 up to 24.03.2026) or it can be paid by cash made to the Shroffs Section of the German - Sri Lanka Friendship Womens (Teaching) Hospital, Karapitiya, Galle and the original of the Receipt Form General 172 received submitted with the Bid. Interested parties can obtain the relevant bid documents from the Accounts Section of the German Sri Lanka Friendship Womens (Teaching) Hospital from 10.11.2025 up to 24.11.2025 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on submission of the receipt received from the Director of the German - Sri Lanka Friendship Womens (Teaching) Hospital, Karapitiya, Galle for the payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500.00 along with a written request and a copy of the National Identity Card.
