Tenders are invited for Provision of Private Security Services - 2026 Interested service providers may obtain bid documents upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 3000/= to the Shroff of the Urban Council between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 07.11.2025 until 26.11.2025. Sealed bids should be accompanied by either a bank guarantee of Rs. 100,000.00 (Rupees Hundred Thousand) in favour of the Chairman, Amablangoda Urban Council obtained from a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the Ambalangoda Urban Council upon payment of the said amount in cash. Relevant bid security should be valid for 90 days from 28.11.2025.
