Quotation are invited for Designing & Printing Programs, Certificates and Trophies for Otie 2025 (24 April 02 may 2026). Ondangwa Town Council invites service providers to render this service at the Ondangwa Trade & Industrial Exhibition (OTIE) based on the specifications as outlined below: SPECIFIC TASKS: The bidder shall design, print and provide the following; Vehicle Pass Quantity: 300 Size: 90x90 mm Design: OTIE logo and contact details, branded for placement inside the windscreen (readable from outside). Exhibitors Entrance Wristbands A total of 500 booklets Branding: Includes event dates (24 April 02 May 2026) and OTIE logo. Color: A different color for each day (i.e. 9 different colours) Packaging: Each booklet contains 9 wristbands (for 9 days). Cinch Backpack & Lanyards Branding: Both items branded with the OTIE logo.
