Quotation are invited for Provision of Stage & Entertainment Managementat Ondangwa Trade & Industrial Exhibition (Otie): 24 April-02 may 2026. SPECIFIC TASKS: The bidder shall have and must provide the following; Supply and set up a Performance Stage (not less than 4mx6m) Lighting LED , lasers, fog, dimmers, screens PA System mixer, amplifier, 12+ speakers 2 x Cordless handled microphone, 1 corded mic DJ & Announcer/ MC throughout the event Make provision for music throughout the event PA system to be used at official opening & Exhibitors Award ceremony Barricades for crowd control & backstage for musicians Make provision of a backup generator in case of power failue 1.
