Medical Equipments, Pharmaceuticals And Personal Care Products – Hus 463-2025 Instrumentit 2025-2030 (Dps). Hus Group Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) For Acquiring Instruments. The Products To Be Procured Are Defined In More Detail In Each Internal Competition Of The Dynamic Procurement System. We Are Asking For Applications To Participate In The Hus 463-2025 Instruments Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Dps). Various Products Are Procured From The System For Use In Both Specialized Medical Care And Basic Health Care. The Product Groups To Be Acquired May Include E.G. - Instruments, General Disposable - Instruments, General Multi-Purpose - Surgical Instruments - Specialized Instruments, Such As Instruments For Ear, Nose And Throat Diseases - Sterilization Containers And Their Services The Goal Of Hus Is To Acquire High-Quality Supplies And Products Through A Flexible And Simple Procedure. In Addition, Product Group-Specific Goals Will Be Defined For Internal Tenders In Such A Way That They Take Into Account The Specific Requirements Of The Product Groups As Comprehensively As Possible. These Can Include Product Maintenance Services, Backup Storage And Anticipation Of Exceptional Situations, The Possibility Of Store Storage, Value-Added Services, Product Training. Hus Cooperates With Other Welfare Areas And Makes Purchases As A Procurement Chain. The Owner Members Of The Hus Group Can Participate In The Internal Procurements Of This Dynamic Procurement System: The City Of Helsinki, The Welfare Region Of Eastern Uusimaa, The Welfare Region Of Central Uusimaa, The Welfare Region Of Vantaa And Kerava And The Welfare Region Of Western Uusimaa, As Well As The Welfare Region Of South Karelia, The Welfare Region Of Kymenlaakso And The Welfare Region Of Päijät-Häme. The Defense Forces Also Have The Right To Make Procurements Based On This Contract. The Participants Of The Procurement Ring Are Announced Separately In Each Internal Competition. Hus Estimates At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation That Approximately 1-10 Tenders Are Published Within The Dynamic Procurement System Per Year. The Amount Is A Preliminary Estimate, Which Can Change Significantly When The Need For Competition And Product Grouping Becomes Clear Later. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation, Hus Estimates The Total Value Of The Entire Duration (60 Months) Of The Dynamic Procurement System To Be Approximately Eur 8.8 Million, Taking Into Account All Possible Procurements Made In The System. The Estimate Is Preliminary And Is Based On Previous Purchase History And Valid Procurement Contracts. Hus Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities Or Quantity Purchase Obligations With This Announcement. If Necessary, Hus Reserves The Right To Organize Instrument Competitions Outside Of This Dynamic Procurement System. It Is Possible To Use Effectiveness-Based Procurement And Electronic Auctions In Internal Tenders. The First Internal Tenders Are Estimated To Be Published At The Beginning Of 2026. The Dynamic Procurement System For Instruments Is Valid Until November 5, 2030, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended By A Separate Announcement. You Can Leave The Dynamic Procurement System
