Huf 1,000,000,000 Net. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That The Procedure Does Not Create A Call Obligation. Subject Of The Dbr: Production Of Various Fixed And Movable Unique Sets, Set Elements, Stage Props, Podium Systems In Accordance With Mtvas Program Offer, Delivery, Installation (Assembly), Commissioning, Warranty Repairs And Operation As Necessary To External And Internal Program Production Locations, If Necessary To Other Locations In Hungary. The Contracting Authority Indicates That, If Justified By The Complexity Of The Work Under The Subject Of The Given Bidding Phase, It May Stipulate In The Given Bidding Phase That The Winning Bidder Must Provide A Construction Manager And/Or A Shift Manager (Specialist In Charge Of Assembly) During The Installation, The Availability Of Which Specialist Must Be Confirmed By The Winning Bidder No Later Than Before The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Size Of The Sets Affected By Dbr Is Expected To Be Between 50-600 M2 In Studio Conditions And Off-Site According To Individual Measurements. 321/2015. (X.30.) Govt. R. In Accordance With Section 21 (4), The Contracting Authority Informs By Way Of Information That The Expected Maximum Size Of Each Contract Is Expected To Be At Least Huf 150,000,000 Net. The Detailed Content And Technical Parameters Of The Tasks Involved In The Specific Procurement Request, As Well As The Description (Plans) Of The Specific Scenery, Will Be Contained In The Technical Description To Be Made Available To Bidders During The Bidding Stage. During The Operation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Kbt. Pursuant To Section 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Content, Quantity And Contractual Terms Of The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Are Made Available To The Economic Operators Participating In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender(S) Is Sent. If Necessary, The Contracting Authority Provides The Partial Tendering In The Tendering Stage Of The Procedure.
