Conceptual Project For Central City Area And Concept For Broad Center. The Municipality Of Elin Pelin Announces An International Architectural Competition For The Improvement Of The Center Of The Town Of Elin Pelin. The Competition Program Includes A Conceptual Project For A Central City Part And A Concept For A Broad Center. The Competition Is Held In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Public Procurement, According To Art. 8 Of The Zop In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 11 In Conjunction With Para. 8 And Art. 80, Para. 1, Para. 3 And Para. 5 For The Purposes Of Subsequent Negotiation Without Prior Announcement, In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 9 Of The Public Procurement Act For Awarding The Design Of A Technical And Operational Investment Project With The Winner Of The Competition In First Place. The Competition Program Includes A Conceptual Project For A Central City Part And A Broad Scope Concept. The Competition Is Held In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Public Procurement In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 11 In Conjunction With Para. 8 And Art. 80, Para. 1, Para. 3 And Para. 5 For The Purposes Of Subsequent Negotiation Without Prior Notice, In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 9 Of The Public Procurement Act For Awarding The Design Of A Technical And Operational Investment Project. After The End Of The Competition, The Contracting Authority Sends A Notification To Those Ranked In The First Three Places And Invitations To Participate In Negotiations For The Subsequent Award. The Winners Of The Competition Will Have The Opportunity To Publicly Present Their Projects. The Subject Of The Competition Is The Selection And Implementation Of A Conceptual Project For The Improvement Of The Central City Part Of The City Of Elin Pelin In The Area From The Roundabout Of Stoyan Mihailovski St. And Sofia St., Along The Entire Sofia St. To The Square Space In Front Of The Church Of St. Nicholas The Wonderworker, Including The Existing Parking Lot, Nezazevimost Square And Along The Continuation Of The Pedestrian Zone Along Vitosha Blvd. To Hristo Botev St. And Acquisition Of Broad Scope Concept For Urban Environment Elements Standard And Type Detail. The Format Of The Competition Is Predetermined By Its Objectives. The Competition Is: • With The Awarding Of Prizes For The Participants Ranked In The First Three Places; • For The Acquisition Of A Conceptual Project For The Competition Territory Of The Central City Part, Which Will Serve For The Awarding Of A Public Order For The Design Of A Technical And Operational Investment Project In Accordance With Article 79, Paragraph 1, Item 9 Of The Plo; • To Acquire A Broad Scope Concept – Standard For Elements Of The Urban Environment And Type Detail. • Open Competition: All Interested Parties Can Participate, Without A Requirement For A Certain Legal-Organizational Form Of The Participants; • International: No Restrictions Are Placed On National Basis Or Territorial Scope; • Anonymous: The Competition Is Held While Preserving The Anonymity Of The Participants Until The Final Ranking Of The Competition Projects By The Jury. The Contracting Authority Determines The Following Prizes And Payments To The Participants In The Competition: • For The Participant Ranked First, A Cash Prize In The Amount Of Bgn 19,558.30 (10,000 Euros); • For The Participant Ranked Second, A
