School-Meal Services – Public Service Concession For The Management Of The School And Out-Of-School Catering Service. The Purpose Of The Concession Is To Manage The School And Out-Of-School Catering Service. Management Method Desired By The Municipality: Concession Of Leasing-Type Services. Concession Not Allocated. The Purpose Of The Public Service Delegation Contract Will Be To Entrust The Concessionaire With The Management Of The School And Out-Of-School Catering Service, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code And The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Municipality, Delegating Authority, Will Make Available To Its Future Concessionaire The School Catering Sites And Leisure Centers As Well As A Work Space For Collection From Families, Necessary For The Operation Of The Public Service. In Return, The Concessionaire Will Be Subject To Payment Of An Annual Fee. The Delegatee Operates And Manages The School And Out-Of-School Catering Service At His Own Risk. The Scope Of The Concession Includes The Provision, By The Concessionaire, Responsible For The Management And Operation Of The Service, Of Public Catering Services To: Children From Nursery And Elementary Schools And Leisure Centers Teaching And Municipal Staff In Connection With School Catering All Persons Authorized By The Community The Purpose Of The Contract Will Be To Entrust, To The Concessionaire, The Management Of The School And Out-Of-School Collective Catering Service As Well As Certain Investment Works Necessary For This Collective Catering Service. The Concessionaire Will Bear All The Risks Of Operating The Service. The Concessionaire Will Have The Mission Of Ensuring: • For All Meals: The Production Of Meals In A Central Kitchen Belonging To It Or Which It Has At Its Disposal For The Duration Of This Contract The Delivery Of Meals And Snacks To The Distribution Sites The Implementation Of Health Control Plans And Compliance With Hygiene Rules Staff Training Invoicing, Collection And Relations With Users The Total Financial Risk On Unpaid Debts • For School Catering, Leisure Reception Management Of Catering Sites: Preparation And Distribution Meals, Cleaning Of Offices And Dining Rooms, Washing Dishes, Activities And Educational Activities Delivery Of Snacks To Distribution Sites Maintenance, Repair And Renewal Of Goods Made Available, Including Minor Secondary Work The Concessionaires Remuneration Is Ensured By The Operating Results. The Concessionaires Remuneration Will Come From The Operating Revenues Of The Service For Which He Will Be Responsible. The Grantor Sets The New Meal Prices To Be Billed To Users In September Of Each Year. He Notifies Them To The Concessionaire One Month Before The Date Scheduled For Their Entry Into Force. The
