The Contract To Be Entered Into Includes The Following Services: - The Complete Supply Of Electrical Energy To The Delivery Points Referred To In The Specifications Of This Contract, Integrating The Services Defined Therein, - The Invoicing Of Access To The Public Distribution Network And Its Use, Under The Single Contract - The Mission Of Balance Manager In Accordance With Article L. 321-15 Of The Energy Code. Each Member Of The Order Group, As Far As He Is Concerned, Signs The Contract And Ensures Its Proper Execution; The Siem Being The Coordinator Of This Market.
