The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicle And Bodywork Be: Brand New, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical Defects (Design, Materials And Workmanship) Or Legal Defects, And Meet The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Law, In Particular Regarding The Approval Of The Vehicle For Road Traffic, Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And The Draft Contractual Provisions, Year Of Chassis Production 2025, Engine, Chassis And Cabin From The Same Manufacturer. 2) In The Offer Price, The Contractor Should Include: Preparation Of The Vehicle In Accordance With The Requirements And Regulations And Standards Described In The Opz And Indicated In The Opz, Obtaining All Required Approval Certificates And Certificates And Providing Them To The Ordering Party, Providing The Ordering Party With The Documents Indicated In The Opz - Including Instructions, Conducting Training In The Basic Operation Of The Car In Question Upon Handover, The Car Handed Over By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Will Have A Full Fuel Tank And Other Operating Fluids, Including Adblue. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Due To The Fact That The Supply Contract Is A Lump-Sum Price Contract. 4) All Materials Offered Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Third Party Rights And Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security. 5) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected From The Contractor. 6) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1A To The Swz (Opz) And In The Draft Contractual Provisions.
