The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Type C Road Ambulance (Van), Within The Meaning Of The Polish Standard Pn-En 1789+A2:2015 Or Equivalent, With Technical Parameters Consistent With The Specifications, For The Emergency Medical Station In Słupsk. 2. Subject Of The Order - The Ambulance Must Have Approval Allowing For One-Stage Registration In Poland, According To The Definition Of An Ambulance Included In Directive 2007/46/Ec, As Amended. Died 3. The Ordering Party Requires A Brand New Vehicle With No Operational Mileage, With A Production Date Of The Base Vehicle Of At Least 2025. 4. The Offered Ambulance Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 1789+A2:2015 Standard Or Equivalent And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 305, As Amended). 5. The Offered Vehicle Must Have An Approval Certificate For The Base Vehicle And The Completed Vehicle Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy On The Type Approval Of Motor Vehicles And Trailers And Their Equipment Or Parts (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 407, As Amended) And Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1990, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. The Vehicle Parameters Presented In The Attachment Are Strictly Required Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer. 7. The Contractor Provides Warranty Service For The Offered Base Vehicle At An Authorized Service Station Located No Further Than 30 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer In The Form Of An Electronic Catalogue. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Stipulate That Only Contractors With The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or Main Goal Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Perform The Order May Apply For The Contract Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People. 10.
