Repair And Maintenance Services Of Furniture - Renovation Of Wooden Shelves Located In The Building Of The State Archives In Szczecin At Ul. Saint Wojciecha 13. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Wooden Shelves Located In The Building Of The State Archives In Szczecin At Ul. Saint Wojciecha 13. 2. The Service Is Comprehensive And Includes The Following Key Tasks Performed In A Staged System: A) Disassembly Of Shelves And Other Wooden Elements In The Order Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) Transport Of The Dismantled Shelves To The Contractors Workshop, Where The Renovation Will Be Carried Out. C) Full Renovation Of Shelves, Countertops, Doors, Grates And Other Wooden Elements, D) Return Transport And Assembly Of Shelves In Their Original Location After Completion Of Construction Works In Given Rooms. Within Each Stage, The Activities Specified In Letters A-D Will Be Carried Out. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conservation Recommendations Of January 31, 2025 And Agree With The Municipal Conservator On The Method Of Renovation, Dismantling, Transport, Storage, Etc., Constituting Annex No. 2 To Sopz. 4. Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Must Prepare A Work Project In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To Sopz - Conservation Recommendations Of January 31, 2025. 5. The Implementation Of The Order Is Closely Related To The Schedule Of Construction Works Carried Out By Another Contractor. This Means That The Shelves Will Be Dismantled And Reassembled After Renovation In Stages (Included In Annex 1 To Sopz), Taking Into Account The Schedule And Other Unforeseen Circumstances (Including Postponements), Due To The Planned Simultaneous Work Carried Out By Another Contractor. The Renovated Shelves Can Only Be Installed After The Completion Of Construction Works On Individual Floors. 6. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Completion Date Of Each Stage Will Depend On The Completion Of The Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out In The Given Rooms By Another Contractor. 7. In Order To Coordinate The Work On An Ongoing Basis, After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Develop A Working Schedule For The Implementation Of The Order. This Schedule Will Be Auxiliary And Dynamic, And Its Main Purpose Will Be To Plan And Organize The Contractors Work In Close Connection With The Progress Of Construction Works. When Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Must Take Into Account That The Dates Of Individual Stages Will Be Subject To Changes And Postponements. These Changes, Resulting From The Progress Of Construction Works, Constitute An Inherent Feature Of This Order And Will Not Be Treated As An Amendment To The Contract. The Risk Related To The Need To Flexibly Adapt To The Deadlines Dictated By The Progress Of Construction Works, Including Possible Downtime, Must Be Included In The Offer Price By The Contractor. 8.
