The Municipality Can Also Purchase Preschool Education As A Purchase Service From, For Example, A Private Kindergarten. When Organizing Pre-School Education, It Should Also Be Taken Into Account That Children Participating In Pre-School Education Have The Opportunity To Use Early Childhood Education Services (Early Education Act Section 12 Right To Early Childhood Education).
