Kölner Verkehrsbetriebe Ag (Kvb) Is Building An Electric Bus Depot (Kvb Btf. Porz) On An Approximately 63,000 M2 Former Industrial Property At Kaiserstrasse 127A In Cologne-Porz. The Project Will Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases. The Buildings And Areas Planned For The First Construction Phase Are Largely Completed And In Operation. The Construction Work To Be Carried Out Refers To The 2Nd Construction Phase In Which The Traffic Areas Are Currently Being Created. The Construction Site Delivery Takes Place Separately From The Ongoing Operations Of The Kvb. The Subject Of The Requested Construction Work Is: • Turnkey Construction Of Three Transformer Buildings And A Service Building (Reinforced Concrete) Including The Space-Forming Expansion (Doors, Stairs, Railings, Weather Protection Grilles, Green Roofs, Etc.) To Accommodate The Electrical Infrastructure For Supplying The Buses With Charging Current (Kg 300) Cuban Size Of The Transformer Building T4 Approx. 4000 M³ Cuban Size Of The Transformer Building T5 Approx. 3100 M³ Cubature Of The Transformer Building T6 Approx. 2000 M³ Cubature Of The Service Building Approx. 370 M³ • Services Of The Technical Building Equipment For The Buildings (Kg 400) With The Exception Of The Electrical Infrastructure (Mainly Transformers And Energy Distribution). This Is Provided By Another Contractor. • The Technical Building Equipment For The Traffic Areas (Mainly Lighting).
