A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licences from Gamo Zone Finance Department, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00(Three hundred) for each document. 5. Bidders can purchase more than one bidding document but submit only one bidding Document. If not done accordingly, leads for rejection. 6. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by for each Project in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for no days. Insurance bond is not acceptable. 7. Bids must be delivered to Gamo Zone Finance Department, at or before 2:00 p.m. on 21st calendar day of this announcement; if the 21 st calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last date of bid submission will be the next working day at the same time and venue.
