Tenders are invited for Selection of a Supplier for the Provision of Chemicals Required for Cleaning Services under the National Competitive Bidding System - 2025/2026. Tender applications can be obtained from the hospital office from 06.11.2025 to 26.11.2025, on working days between 9 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be paid to the Shroff Section of Base Hospital, Akkaraipattu, and the official receipt together with a written request should be submitted to obtain the tender documents. A Bid Security valued at Rs. 100,000.00 obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, drawn in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Base Hospital, Akkaraipattu, and valid until 17.03.2026 , or a receipt for the payment made to the hospitals Shroff (cashier) section, must be submitted along with the bid. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 12.11.2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hospital Auditorium.
