Tenders are invited for Construction and Repairs to Buildings, Roads, Bridges, Water Supply and Sewerage System, Irrigation and Drainage Canals, Excavations and Reclamation, Removal of Storm Water, Land Drainage (Institutions and Societies Registered with Construction Industry Development Authority) Application for registration may be obtained Badulla District Secretariat, Finance Management Division of the Divisional Secretariats or from the website www.badulla.dist.gov.lk of Badulla District Secretariat. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 should be paid in cash (Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted) or else may be credited to Bank Account No. 7042240 maintained at Badulla Branch of Bank of Ceylon in favour of District Secretary, Badulla and submit the application. Cash may be paid to the Shroff of District Secretariat or Divisional Secretariats between 9.00 hrs and 14.00 hrs on working days from 06.11.2025 until 06.12.2025. When crediting money to the bank account it is mandatory to mention SR_ Name of the institution in the reason for payment column. Duly perfected bids may either be sent by registered post or hand delivered to receive on or before 06.12.2025 along with the Business Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Receipt obtained upon payment.
