Tenders are invited for Podcast Presenter. Empowering women and strengthening the resilience of vulnerable rural and urban communities in South Lebanon and Beirut is a three-year project implemented by a consortium of 3 NGOs, Justice without Frontiers, SHEILD, and JAFRA, led by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). This project aims to strengthen womens livelihoods and increase the resilience of vulnerable communities engaged in smallholder and subsistence agriculture. Justice without Frontiers role in this program is to ensure that gender equality is mainstreamed into all project activities, provide tailored training for women in leadership skills and business development, provide legal support, and conduct gender analysis. We are seeking an experienced Podcast Presenter to host a series of six (6) podcast episodes. The presenter will work closely with the project staff to plan, record, and deliver high-quality podcast content that aligns with our project The presenters role will focus exclusively on hosting the episodes during filming. All filming, editing, podcast materials, and post-production will be managed by JWF. Each episode will feature a guest, selected in coordination with JWF, and the topics will be developed collaboratively. The presenter will be responsible for preparing the episode scripts or interview questions in advance. A videographer assigned by JWF will handle all editing and montage. Upon completion, the final episodes will be delivered and published across our social media platforms. Scope of work: The Presenter will be responsible for the following tasks: Host 6 podcast episodes (10-15 minutes) Prepare and present episode introductions, transitions, and closing remarks. This will be done in coordination with JWF, who will provide the overall content and direction for each episode. However, the presenter will be responsible for drafting the episode script and preparing the specific talking points or questions to be discussed during the episode. Prepare the script for each episode, including interview questions or discussion prompts, based on the key messages provided. Ensure accurate and sensitive communication of key messages, including: Online safe spaces for women workers Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Agricultural law All podcast logistics, including equipment, guest coordination, filming, and editing, will be fully managed and provided by JWF. Recordings will take place in Jdeideh, Metn. The podcast episodes will be published on JWFs social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Facebook. Skills and experience: Experience in interviewing guests and facilitating meaningful, engaging conversations Ability to review and adapt scripts while maintaining the intended tone and message Strong understanding of audience engagement Excellent time management skills to ensure recordings stay within the 15-minute format Basic understanding of audio equipment and recording tools Knowledge of current podcast styles, listener expectations, and platforms Familiarity with the podcasts subject matter Excellent communication skills: Clear voice, engaging tone, and the ability to express ideas smoothly.
