The Tender Relates To The Purchasers Procurement Of Orthopedic Surgery Services. The Purpose Of This Tender For The Performance Of Orthopedic Surgery Services Is To Ensure That Patients For Whom The Region Cannot Itself Offer Treatment Within The Waiting Time Guarantee, Offers For Investigation And/Or Treatment Within The Time Limits Applicable At All Times For The Right To Investigation And The Treatment Guarantee. The Primary Aim Of The Tender Is Therefore To Expand The Regions Capacity To Offer Investigation And/Or Treatment Within The Right Of Investigation And The Treatment Guarantee. The Supplier Is Thereby Given The Status Of A Cooperative Hospital Upon Entering Into The Contract, Cf. Section 75, Subsection Of The Health Act. 2, And Executive Order On The Right To Hospital Treatment, Etc. Section 15.
