For The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Section 1, Consists In Particular Of The Following Elements: Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Including: Dismantling Works Of Installations And Devices, Delivery And Installation Of Barriers And Cameras Together With The Necessary Connections, Installations And Devices, Adaptation And Renovation Of The Area And Rooms For The Purpose Of Installing Barriers, Together With The Necessary Equipment And Installation Of A Computer Network With Guaranteed Power Supply, Referred To As Telecommunications Installation, Construction Of A New Telecommunications Installation Completed With Measurements Of Both The Electrical And Logical Parts. Launching New Barriers And Monitoring In A Manner Consistent With All Construction Rules, Standards And With Due Diligence In Their Implementation, Ensuring The Possibility Of Using The Hospital Area And Buildings In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose, Obtaining The Required Opinions, Checks, Arrangements And Approvals By The Ordering Party And The Supervision. Acceptance And Certification Along With The Preparation Of The Required Complete Documentation, Delivery Of Licenses And Implementation Of The Entrance Control System, So-Called Hereinafter Referred To As The System, Including Recognition Of License Plates, Communication With Installed Devices, Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Transfer Of Copyrights To The Ordering Party, To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Polish Law, To All Documentation Created In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment, Handing Over The Investment To The Ordering Party In A Condition Directly Suitable For Use Resulting From The Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking All Other Actions Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Described In The Swz.
