The Province Of Utrecht Participates In The National Program For Specific Benefit (Spuk) For Commercial Real Estate, Which Runs Until May 1, 2027. This Spuk Includes Two Programs, Including The Sme Unburdening Program (Omkb). The Province Of Utrecht Has The Task Of Helping 591 Micro And Small Smes Make Their Business Premises More Sustainable. The Province Intends To Use A So-Called Open House Procedure To Contract Registrants Of Energy Scans For Business Premises And, Where Relevant, The Business Processes (As Included In The Eml List And Including Relevant Non-Statutory Measures) To Participate In A Digital Card Index. Micro And Small Companies That Participate In The Omkb Support Program And Require An Energy Scan Can Independently Choose The Supplier From Which They Want To Receive The Energy Scan Via An Online Card Index. -
