The Subject Of This Order Is Implemented Within The Framework Of Project No. 101112876 Accelerating Adaptation To Climate Change For Better Resilience In European Mountain Regions With The Acronym Mountresilience, Financed Under The Framework Program Horizon Europe 2021-2027. Within The Framework Of The Project, A Feasibility Study Has Been Prepared For The Construction Of A Three-Component Early Warning System For Floods, Forest Fires And Hurricane Winds. The Study Is In Line With The Regulatory Framework At The National And European Level And Aims To Create A Sustainable And Effective Platform That Will Serve As A Basis For Long-Term Risk Management In The Region. One Of The Early Warning Components Includes The Construction Of A Water Level Monitoring System In Various Locations On The Territory Of Gabrovo.
