The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 8 Supervisions And 30 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And D Draft Contract. 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction And Marking Of Bicycle Routes In The Boleszkowice Commune And Dębno Commune. There Is An Investment Section To Be Completed (The Town Of Kaleńsko) Along The District Road No. 2142Z, 2.16 Km Long. At The Same Time, Sections Of Bicycle Routes Will Be Marked In The Boleszkowice Commune (On The Chwarszczany Section - The Voivodeship Border) And In The Town Of Dębno. The Total Length Of The Sections To Be Marked Is Approximately 13.6 Km. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Removal Of Trees And Bushes, 2) Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, 3) Demolition Of The Surface, 4) Execution Of Earthworks - Excavations And Embankments, 5) Construction Of The Designed Bicycle Path Structure, 6) Installation Of Traffic Safety Devices, 7) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings.
