There Is An Option To Extend For A Further 2 X 1 Years. The Tender Is Offered In Accordance With The Public Tenders Act, Cf. Executive Order No. 10 Of 6 January 2023 With Subsequent Amendments. The Tender Relates To The Collection, Treatment And Disposal Of The Ordering Partys Iron And Metal Waste Collected At The Ordering Partys Recycling Sites. The Faction Is Known Under The Name Kommunejern. Iron And Metal Waste Must Be Treated As Waste Intended For Recycling Or Better In Accordance With § 12 Of The Waste Executive Order And The Environmental Protection Act. The Contracting Authority Intends To Award The Framework Agreement To One Winning Tenderer. The Framework Agreement Will Not Be Divided Into Partial Agreements, As The Service Is Not Suitable For Being Divided Into Smaller Agreements In View Of The Quantities And The Ordering Partys Administration Costs. Ordering Party Expected Quantities For The Entire Agreement Period Incl. Option Period Amounts To: 3120 Tons. The Ordering Partys Maximum Draw On The Framework Agreement Amounts To: 3600 Tonnes. The Ordering Party Expects To Receive Payment For The Fraction, Which Is Why Price Estimates In This Notice Must Be Taken As A Negative Value For The Bidders.
