Engineering Services – Abbruchplanung. The State Capital Of Munich Intends To Remove The Existing Parts Of The Building As Part Of Its Plans To Build A New Five-Class High School. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Services For Planning And Monitoring The Dismantling Of The Existing Buildings. The Main Building Was Rebuilt Around 1958 As One Of The First School Buildings After The Second World War. The Focus Here Was On Functional Architecture With A Focus On Classrooms And Administrative Spaces. The Main Building Comprises Approx. 5,150 M² Gfa / 18,350 M³ Bri Spread Over 5 Floors And A Basement. The High School Was Expanded In The 60S And 70S. The East Wing Covers Around 5,000 M² Gfa / 21,550 M³ Bri. The Specialist Classrooms For Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Music And Art Are Housed There. Also Two Sports Halls. The Extension Also Has A Basement And Consists Of Three Floors. The West Wing Has Around 1,930 M² Gfa / 6,600 M³ Bri With A Cafeteria And Administration Rooms On Three Rising Components, But Does Not Have A Basement. No Comprehensive Renovations Have Been Carried Out Since The Construction Period, But Modernizations Have Been Carried Out In Isolated Areas. When Implementing The Project, Economic And, Above All, A. Sustainable Implementation Is Respected. The New Luitpold-Gymnasium Project On Seeausstrasse Is A Pilot Project By The State Capital Of Munich To Reuse Building Materials And Components From Dismantling.
