The Self-Sweeper Is A Modern, Compact And Multifunctional Solution, Which Can Perform Several Urban Maintenance Activities Throughout The Year (Sweeping, Washing, Snow Removal), Contributing To: • Increasing Work Productivity And Reducing The Number Of Manual Interventions; • Reduction Of Maintenance Costs Compared To The Use Of Several Dedicated Machines; • Improving The Quality Of Services Offered To Citizens; • Reduction Of Pollutant Emissions And Noise Level During Operation; • Increasing The Quality Of The Sanitation Service; • Reducing Personnel And Maintenance Costs; • Improving The Image And Environmental Conditions In The Locality. Moreover, This Is Part Of The Companys General Objective Of Increasing Operational Efficiency, Reducing Operating Costs And Aligning With European Standards Regarding Quality And Environmental Protection. The Product That Is The Subject Of This Procedure Will Be Purchased Through Financial Leasing. Thus, The Contractual Relationship For This Procedure Is A Tripartite One Consisting Of: Beneficiary (Sc Salubrizare Lugoj S.R.L.) – Supplier (The Company That Will Supply The Equipment) – The Financial Leasing Company (The Lending Company That Will Grant The Financial Leasing). Thus, The Bidder Will Conclude An Association/Subcontracting Agreement With A Credit Company That Offers Financial Leasing Services. In This Sense, The Beneficiary Will Conclude With The Bidder Who Holds The Quality Of Supplier A Contract For The Supply Of The Machine, Following That Later, The Beneficiary Will Conclude A Financial Leasing Contract With The Lending Company And This Will Pay The Counter Value Of The Machine To The Supplier According To The Supply Contract And The Issued Invoice. The Beneficiary Will Pay The Financial Leasing Rate For A Period Of 4 Years According To The Financial Leasing Contract. Upon Completion Of The Financial Leasing Contract, The Beneficiary Will Become The Owner Of The Automation.
