Health And Social Work Services – Tender For The Supply Of Optical Vision Aids And Low Vision Tests. The Offer Consists Of The Delivery Of Optical Vision Aids And Low Vision Testing. In Accordance With § 112, Subsection 2 Of The Service Act Provides Billund, Esbjerg, Fanø Varde And Vejen Municipality, Thereby Providing Optical Vision Aids And Low Vision Tests. This Gives The Following 4 Geographical Areas: Billund Municipality, Esbjerg Municipality (Also Covers Fanø), Varde Municipality And Vejen Municipality. A Prerequisite For A Supplier To Be Awarded The Agreement Is That The Supplier Establishes Or Already Has An Opticians Clinic/Shop In All Geographical Areas. The Tenderer Is Asked To Enter The Addresses In Appendix 9 – Store Addresses. The Municipalities Conclusion Of An Exclusive Supplier Agreement Implies For The Applicants For Support For Aids That Only Support Is Provided Which Corresponds To The Price The Municipality Must Pay With The Exclusive Supplier, Cf. Section 112, Subsection Of The Service Act. 3. The Citizens Of The Municipalities Are Thus Not Obliged To Make Purchases From The Chosen Supplier In Cases Where The Citizen May Wish To Buy His Optics Elsewhere, Thereby Covering Any Costs Himself. Additional Price. A Minimum Turnover On The Agreement Cannot Therefore Be Guaranteed. The Supply Of Eye Prostheses And The Low Vision Tests Carried Out By An Optometrist Employed In Esbjerg Municipality Fall Outside The Contract Areas.
