1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Existing Nursery At The Complex Of Schools And Educational Institutions In Magnuszew At Ul. Bohaterów Września 10, On Part Of Plot No. 61/5, District 0005 Magnuszew, In Accordance With The Approved Construction Design And The Final Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Investment.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Construction Works In The Field Of Structures, Walls, Ceilings, Roofs, Window And Door Joinery, Facades And Insulation, 3) Internal Installations: Electrical, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Telecommunication, Alarm, Water And Sewage, Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (According To The Design), 4) Finishing Works: Floors, Plasters, Painting, Wall And Ceiling Cladding, Installation Of Sanitary Equipment And Furniture, 5) Development Of The Area Around The Building, 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In A Way That Ensures: 1) Full Compliance With The Approved Construction Design, 2) Compliance With Applicable Construction Law, Technical Standards, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 3) Minimal Disruption To The Operation Of The Existing Nursery And School. 4. Documentation And Acceptance1) The Contractor Is Obliged To:• Keep A Construction Log In Accordance With The Requirements Of Construction Law• Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Design And Bill Of Quantities All Materials Used To Implement The Investment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity. The Materials Must Comply With The Design Documentation And Construction Law. • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic Inventory • Obtaining A Valid Permit To Use The Facility2) The Works Will Be Accepted In Stages And At The End, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Terms Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Specifies 2 Stages Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order • Stage 1 - Closed Shell Stage • Stage 2 - Transfer Of Use Of The Facility By The Contractor - Final Occupancy Permit Decision (Pinb) 3) Acceptances Will Be Carried Out With The Participation Of Representatives Of The Ordering Party And, If Necessary, Representatives Of The Financing Institution.5. Occupational Health And Safetythe Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Full Safety Of People Staying On The Construction Site, Including Children And Nursery And School Staff, Especially Since The Work Will Take Place On The Premises Of An Active Facility. All Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Environmental Protection Principles.6. Guarantee And Warranty1) The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Works Performed And Materials Used For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance.2) Any Defects Revealed During The Warranty Period Will Be Removed Free Of Charge By The Contractor Within The
