4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies Related To The Execution Of The Task: Equipment For The Local Government Center For Culture, Tourism And Recreation In Popielów, As Part Of The Project Strengthening The Potential Of Accessibility To Cultural Facilities In The Opole Agglomeration. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 9 Parts: 1) Part 1: Roller Blinds 4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - List Of Products, As Well As In Annex No. 1.1. To Swz (Details For Part 1) And In Annex No. 1.2. To Swz (Details In Part 9). There You Will Find Quantities, Parameters And Requirements Of The Ordering Party For Each Product. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Included In Annex No. 2 And 2A To The Swz (Draft Contract).4.3. Information/Additional Requirements (Applicable To Each Part): 1) All Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be 100% Brand New, Complete, Functional, Ready For Use, Unused (Except For Use Necessary To Test Proper Operation - If Applicable) And Not Regenerated, Without Hidden, Construction, Material And Legal Defects And In Compliance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, 2) The Delivered Products Must Be Undamaged And Free From Any Rights Third Parties,3) The Delivered Products Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights,4) The Contractor Will Ensure That The Products Offered By Him (Materials And/Or Devices Used) Do Not Have Construction, Material, Legal Or Technological Defects And Ensure Safe And/Or Failure-Free Use,5) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Documents Necessary For Basic Operation/Use: A) Warranty Cards (If Any Are),B) Assembly Instructions (If The Product Requires Self-Assembly/Assembly By The Ordering Party), C) Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Equipment In Polish, If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - The Ordering Party Will Be Provided With A Path Where They Can Be Downloaded, E.G. Website, Qr Code, Etc., D) Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By The Manufacturer Or Authorized Service During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period (If Applicable); 6) All Delivered Products Must Be Approved For Business Purposes In The Republic Of Poland,7) The Products Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs (If Applicable),8) The Delivered Products Will Be Fully Adapted To Be Powered From The Electrical Network With Parameters Consistent With The Standards In Force In Poland (Regarding Parts 6, 7, 8),9) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Better Than Those Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order10) The Subject Of The Order Was Defined By Indicating Objective Technical And Quality Features And Standards, 11) The Contractor, After Agreeing The Delivery Date
