The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of 5 Pcs. Sirens/Communication Means Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 As Part Of The Task: Purchase Of Sirens/Communication Means. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 5 Pcs. Sirens/Communication Means Together With The Necessary Accessories, I.E. Cables, Connections And Assembly Elements. 2) Staff Training In The Use Of Sirens/Communication Means Taking Place At A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Guarantees That The Subject Of The Order Will Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient, Not Being Post-Exhibition Equipment And Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1 To This Agreement (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Within Two Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But No Later Than December 15, 2025.
